DECRETO JUDICIÁRIO Nº 720/2023 - D.M.


O PRESIDENTE DO TRIBUNAL DE JUSTIÇA DO ESTADO DO PARANÁ, no uso das suas atribuições constitucionais e regimentais; e,

CONSIDERANDO o contido no Protocolo Digital nº 0027936-65.2016.8.16.6000, resolve:

 

revogar


os efeitos do Decreto Judiciário nº 072/2016-D.M. e do Decreto Judiciário nº 104/2017-D.M., referente à instituição do Comitê Gestor Permanente de Políticas Públicas Penitenciárias, ante o exaurimento do objeto do referido Comitê.
